The campus of the Rajshankar College of Education - RSCE is located in Kaimur Bhabua, Bihar. The Institute can be reached either by rail or by road. The mission of the Rajshankar College of Education - RSCE is to contribute to nation and society at the highest international levels of excellence and to stand on the same scaffold with other universities of eminence. .
